Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AISearchStackHub website at aisearchstackhub.ai and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

AISearchStackHub provides LLM visibility scanning, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) intelligence, citation asset management, and related analytics services. The Service includes:

• Free domain scans that return an AIS Index score (0–100) measuring brand visibility across major LLM engines
• Paid subscription plans providing scheduled scans, citation asset libraries, and continuous intelligence briefings
• Per-output purchased reports for specific brand analysis use cases
• The AEO Readiness Assessment tool
• Research reports, benchmarks, and educational content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, except that paid subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before material reductions in service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use — brand owners, marketing professionals, agencies, and operators managing brand presence in AI search environments.

3. Accounts

Some features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@aisearchstackhub.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share account credentials or allow multiple individuals to use a single account under our Starter, Growth, or Scale plans without upgrading to a plan that explicitly permits multiple users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have explicit authorization to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service beyond the API access provided in Enterprise plans
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access to the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription plans

Paid subscription plans (Starter $99/mo, Growth $299/mo, Scale $899/mo, Enterprise $2,499/mo) are billed monthly in advance. Continuous Intelligence plans (Marketer $149/mo, Growth $349/mo, Enterprise $699/mo) are also billed monthly in advance. Billing begins at the time of checkout completion.

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period.

Per-output reports

Report purchases (Citation Audit $199, Visibility $99, Channel $79, Stakeholder $49) are one-time charges processed at checkout. Reports are delivered digitally within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. Access to paid features may be suspended during a payment failure period. If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your subscription may be cancelled.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@aisearchstackhub.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to any paid plan. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Per-output report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.

Free tier

The free scan is provided at no cost. We may impose rate limits or scan frequency caps on free usage at any time.

7. Data Ownership

Your data

You own the scan results, report outputs, and content you create or generate through the Service. We claim no ownership over data about your brand or domain that you submit for scanning.

License to us

By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your scan data and inputs solely to: (a) provide the Service to you; (b) improve the Service; and (c) generate anonymized aggregate industry benchmarks. We will not publish or share identifiable data about your brand without your consent.

Aggregate data

We may generate and publish anonymized, aggregate statistics (e.g., "74% of brands score below 40/100") derived from the collective scan data across all users. This aggregate data does not identify any individual brand or user.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, AIS Index methodology, content, and trademarks, is owned by AISearchStackHub and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

You may use scan reports and outputs you generate through the Service for your own business purposes, including sharing with clients and stakeholders. You may not resell raw platform access or brand the Service's outputs as your own product without a written reseller agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and AI inference providers. Your use of these services through the Service is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

LLM scan results are generated by querying third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). We do not control the outputs of these engines and results may vary over time as the underlying models are updated. Scan scores represent a point-in-time measurement and are not guarantees of future visibility.

10. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• Scan results will be error-free or will accurately predict future LLM behavior
• The Service will be available without interruption
• Any action taken based on scan results or recommendations will improve your actual LLM visibility
• LLM engines will cite or mention your brand in any particular way as a result of using the Service

AEO is an emerging discipline and LLM behavior is subject to rapid and unpredictable change. We provide measurement tools and analysis — we do not control the outputs of AI engines.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AISearchStackHub and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except that immediate termination without notice is permitted for violations that pose a security risk or legal liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or other urgent matters.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to users with active accounts via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
